Return Policy: 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will be only be accepted if the items are in new condition with tags attached (Unworn, no scuffs, no scratches, clean). We suggest trying on new boots or clothing inside on carpet to ensure your item stays in new condition. For tack, saddles, or saddle pads we suggest placing a liner down while ensuring fit on your horse to keep items clean from dirt and hair. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving returns at our facility. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
